Funk Volume has these contests every so often where they offer up a few beats for download, and want you to make a 3 minute track/video with them. The winner gets $2500.

I convinced Lumbo to enter this one. I doubt I'll be able to do so again, since this really isn't his sort of thing. But, as always, he came with the bars, so check it out.

It seems to me most everything is a party or club track these days. And there's nothing wrong with that type shit, but every now and then I wanna hear something real, something deep. Something I can relate to when I'm having a bad day.
